Safeway

Safeway's has Chiquita Pineapple bites for $0.99 buy one get one. the best part of this deal is most packages have a buy one get one free coupon attached to them. Combine sale and coupon equals free Pineapple!! I have done this deal 3 times buying 6 or more at a time (at 3 different stores) and I have had no problem with cashiers giving me a hard time.

Albertson's

I purchased all this plus 4 12 pks of Dr. Pepper (not pictured)(Dr. Pepper's for a friend)
For... $13.43 plus I got a $10 Cat.
Value... $84.96

The Steam fresh meals were marked down for quick sale to $2 each but they are part of the buy $10 get $3 off so I bought 5 for $7 not bad when they are normally $7.99 each.Plus, my Husband loves these!! (Not as good as homemade. However, great for those quick meal nights) They had a few $2 bags left and some $3 bags but they are going fast! Once they are gone you can still get 2 for $7 defiantly not my price point but it is like buying one getting one free.

Albertson's

Julia Had a great run at Albertson's all this cost her $11.27.
The total before sales and coupons was about $40.

What a great shopping trip Julia!!

The last few weeks we have been having a coupon gathering (class) where we go over the ads for the week, share coupons and inform everyone of the great deals going on.
This last week Jennica was able to have a great experience and fantastic savings she even inspired me! Thanks Jennica!
I wanted to get some more Ice Cream but they only had 4 on the shelf. The gentleman said he would be getting some in Tomorrow. And then he ordered some for Monday. If you are interested in the Ice Cream and can't find it ask for a rain check! I have a very nice cashier who wrote me 2 rain checks that way I can get 5 pay $1 and then get 5 more and pay $1.
I am also making making money on this Ice Cream! Let me explain, If my kids are impatient and can't wait for Ice Cream time I then sale them to my children for $0.50 each. However if they can wait they can have it for free. This lesson of Patience will probably only work when they are out of money. But it helps me replenish the supply! LOL!

My Kids think I'm Crazy!

Yesterday, after Savior of the World Practice we stopped at Albertson's to get milk and use a coupon that was expiring (for a free item). As I was walking back to the car with my Husband and kids watching every move I made. I bent down and picked up a Catalina! My Husband said the kids went crazy! They couldn't believe I would pick up Catalina's off the ground. As I got into the car, the questions started to fly...Why? Mom! Why? I very calmly said... It's a Dollar. They started asking other questions and my Husband laughing the whole time said to the kids... Wouldn't you pick up a dollar if you saw it on the ground? They then started to understand that because I bent down and picked up $1 on your next purchase. I am now $1 Richer!!
Does anyone else look at the Catalina's just floating the parking lot or just sitting in the shopping carts? Or Am I Crazy!
