Albertson's has buy one Mac & Cheese 5pack get another 5pack + 2 Capri suns (coupons are on the boxes of mac & cheese) FREE.

4 Items=$6.15 ($0.46 tax)

but when you buy 2 or more packs out prints a $2 cat.

I did 2 transactions to maximize the cat's.
my first transaction... 2 Mac and Cheese and 2 Capri Sun's = $6.15 (I used gift cards) and I received a $2 cat. (may 31 last day for cat)

Second Transaction... 2 Mac and Cheese, 2 Capri Sun's and 2 milks = $9.73 - $2cat.= $7.73 and another $2 cat. printed (I used $1.92 on a gift card and payed oop $5.81)

Total...$13.88 (and I still have a $2 coupon to use ONYP) For $39.50 worth of Product.

I have been interested how people can "get paid" to fill perscriptions.

The other day, with perscription and coupon for a $10 gift card in hand I headed to Target. As we arrived I looked down at the coupon and realized it was clearly a K-Mart coupon (what was I thinking!!). Not wanting to waste the trip I decided to see if they would honor it anyway's. They nicely turned me away and said to watch out for their coupons in a few weeks. A little frusterated with my own inability to get the right Store. I stopped at a nearby Rite-aid, in their ad they had coupons for $25 gift cards (on a transferred perscription) I stopped at the entrance and thumbed through the Ad...NO COUPON! I decided to ask anyways and if the answer was yes I would have ran home and then gone back. My first question was could I use the $25 coupon on a new perscription?...Answer...No

2. Would they match K-Marts coupon?.....Answer...No..I would have to go to K-Mart.

So I started to gather my stuff and a Pharmasist (who was following our conversation) stopped me and asked where I was going to get my perscription filled. I said, I guess I'm going to K-Mart. He said in a quiet voice "I'll do it for you" My jaw hit the floor! Really! For the $10 or the $25 ?He said the $25 I then reminded him that I didn't have the coupon he said no worries. Since I am a new customer he would do this for me.

(He reminded me at least twice that this was not normal practice)

So I paid $6 something for my perscription and recieved a $25 gift card. Yahoo!

So I ask What can you Buy For $0.68 The Answer is...$58.82 worth of Groceries!!

You are probably thinking how can she do so many transactions when the Store will only give you 1 flyer w/double coupons. First I buy 5 papers @ the Dollar Store. And then Neighbors and Friends give me theirs. I have picked them up at the Store but I usually wait till the last day to give others the opportunity to use them.

***UPDATE*** Before you head out to your nearest Albertsons give them a call to ask if they have any extra double coupon inserts. I went to 2 Albertsons to see if they had any extra and they didn't even know what I was talking about.

However I did 2 more transactions

8 General Mills Cereal I used a $2 Coupon and $1 coupon which I doubled. I also used a $3 Cat. my total...$5 OOP But when we opened up the boxes we found a $5 Gift card YAHOO!

I then purchased 6 Enchilada sauces and 1 box of cereal I used three $1 coupons and doubled them making my OOP = FREE

I had no intentions of shopping today. But when I was reading up on some of the sales and hearing how when you bought 4 certain cereals a free gallon of milk cat. would print. (Today was the last day).

I needed mushrooms for dinner so I headed over to Albertson's and decided to grab

8 boxes $2.50 each = $20
2 cans mushroom $1 each = $2

Totaling $8 OOP

And then the Magic... Out came 2 free Milk cats. value $4.50each

and when we opened the specially marked cereal boxes we found 2 gift cards with a combined worth of $15
So because they are discover cards I figure I am not OOP for this Transaction and General Mills paid me $7 + 2 gallons of milk
So if your buying cereal try to find the specially marked boxes and you to could get paid to shop!

Albertson's Doubles!

Albertson's had a insert in today's paper with Three Double coupons. (These are good thru Tuesday)(You can only use three coupons at a time)
If you don't get the paper try your local Dollar Store you can sometimes find these first thing on Monday.
Albertson's usually has extra at the service desk they limit these to one per customer.

I went to Costco today and I had to share two screaming deals with you.***First up a $40 dollar Godiva gift certificate for $20 bucks. ***

And Capri sweats for $5 bucks. They are limited on sizes but they are in the clothes section in a big messy pile. They have matching jackets too for $5 bucks. Colors I saw: sage green, cute pink, light blue and grey. 10 bucks for a sweat suit is a steal. The brand is Colorado Springs. Great for Spring jogging:)
